We like the Italian proverb “a small kitchen makes the house big”, which means that in terms of quality, limited productions are better than industrial ones. In our traditional cuisine we use local ingredients to ensure the same high quality we’ve always been guaranteeing during our management. At dinner we always offer our guests 3 different main course options, 3 second course options with side dishes, vegetarian buffet, fruit or dessert. On our menu we use to combine regional and traditional recipes – such as “canederli”, “strangolapreti”, “polenta” with deer and mushrooms, and the lovely “strudel” – and other typical dishes of the Italian cuisine. No doubt a tasty dish tastes even better if paired with a glass of good wine. Our wines and beers selections as well are expressions of our commitment in promoting our territory: our guests can enjoy their meals with the possibility of choosing among 15 different wines and some craft beers selected among some regional small and medium wineries and craft breweries. But we get good products only if the environment is clean

“We are located directly on the ski slopes, right in the heart of the Folgaria-Fiorentini ski resort. Our rooms are only 12, therefore we ensure a comfortable and never too noisy environment, and our meals are mainly prepared using local regional ingredients. Since we are perfectly located right next-to the ski slopes and chairlifts, the Baby Park and a sledging slope, in winter our hotel is the ideal place where to spend with your family some beautiful days playing outside on the snow. Just a few steps far from the hotel, the Alpe Cimbra Ski Academy offers weekly private and group lessons. Moreover, our little guests have free access to the Baby Park located close to the ski slopes where they can enjoy a fun-filled entertainment service devised for children from 0 to 12 years of age. From this year on, our guests are allowed to access to the swimming pool and the wellness centre of the nearby Hotel La Baita at a very special price. In summer we focus on organizing various social projects for families, such as the Grizzly Summer Camp, aimed at bringing children from 7 to 14 years of age closer to science and technology with a constant focus on nature. Eventually, we are located along the E5 path. These are the features of our family-run hotel.
